Según las quejas de los usuarios de teléfonos inteligentes Samsung en el foro oficial de Corea del Sur, One UI 6, la última actualización estilo Android realizada por Samsung, tiene un error que activa la protección para la comodidad de los ojos sin el consentimiento del usuario.
Los informes indican que la pantalla permanece sin filtrar hasta las 5:30 p.m., cuando se aplica a toda la pantalla. Además, los usuarios señalan que reiniciar el teléfono inteligente, cambiar la configuración e incluso restaurar la configuración de fábrica no funcionó.
Una de las respuestas a las preguntas indicó que el problema estaba contenido en la funcionalidad «luz nocturna», nativa de Android;
Esta función es equivalente a la «protección para la comodidad de los ojos» de Samsung; sin embargo, no se puede controlar a través de la interfaz de Corea del Sur;
En la misma respuesta, el usuario adjuntó un mensaje publicado en Reddit en 2018, sugiriendo una solución alternativa y temporal: instalar Nova Launcher;
En la aplicación, los usuarios podrán modificar directamente sus preferencias, para poder eliminar la aplicación nocturna de “iluminación nocturna” de Android;
Después de la configuración, Nova Launcher se puede eliminar del dispositivo sin cambiar ningún cambio realizado.

Instale Nova Launcher desde Play Store;
Configúrelo como iniciador predeterminado en Configuración -> Aplicaciones -> Elegir aplicaciones predeterminadas -> Aplicación de inicio;
Después de activar Nova Launcher, en la pantalla de inicio del teléfono móvil, mantenga presionada un área vacía para abrir el menú;
En el menú del widget, seleccione el widget en la cola «Actividad» y arrástrelo a la pantalla de inicio;
En la sección «Actividad», busque el elemento «Configuración»;
En la lista, busque el elemento «.Settings$NightDisplaySuggestionActivity». Luego, tóquelo para que aparezca el botón «Configuración» en la pantalla de inicio;
Toque el acceso directo recién creado y busque la opción «Luz nocturna»;
Desactívelo y elimine el tiempo de activación automática.
Sin embargo, el soporte técnico de Samsung ya está al tanto del problema y ha indicado que está trabajando en una solución al fallo, que debería llegar como actualización en los próximos días.
